Who We Are
Why This Company Exists
Kennedy Kerr started North Point Creations after a decade of watching the same thing go wrong on other people's job sites: the price moved, the schedule moved, and nobody would give the homeowner a straight answer about either. The company was built to fix that specific problem.
Ten years and 113 projects later, we still take on fewer jobs at once than a company our age normally would. The alternative is stretching one crew across four sites and letting all four slip.
That size is deliberate. You work directly with the people doing the work, not with a sales rep who hands you off after signing. A large share of our clients come back for a second or third project, which is the measure we pay most attention to.
Our Founder
Meet Kennedy Kerr
Kennedy has spent more than ten years in renovation, most of it with tools in hand rather than behind a desk. He is on every project personally, from the first consultation through the final walkthrough, which is the part clients tend to mention afterwards.
His view is that a renovation is won or lost in the first conversation. How you actually use the space, what your household needs from it, and what the house itself will allow all have to be understood before anyone talks about finishes. That approach is behind our 5.0 star rating and the number of clients who call back for a second project.
